Who is responsible
AI Kids Club is a technology and AI program for kids in Alicante, Spain, with notification address at Torre Juana OST, Av. Pintor Pérez Gil 16, 03540 Alicante, Spain. For anything related to your data: info@aikidsclub.org.
What data we collect
Contact and signup forms: parent name, child name, grade level, email, and phone (optional).
School and operator forms: contact details, organization, role, location, and the information you include in your enquiry.
Camp form: child name, emergency contact, swimming preference, and any health or care information provided by their parent or guardian, including allergies or intolerances.
Communications: if you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we process the contact details you share so we can reply.
Web analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects only aggregate visit data. It does not identify you personally, which is why this site needs no cookie banner.
How we use it
To respond to your request and manage enrollment (basis: the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take by sending the form, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to communicate with you about programs you have requested or joined (basis: the contractual relationship).
Health information in the camp form is used only to prepare for camp and care for the child during the activity. We process it with the explicit consent of their parent or guardian (art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).
We do not send unsolicited advertising, sell data, or build profiles.
Children
Data about children always comes from their parents or guardians; we never collect it directly from kids through this site.
During programs, kids use Spark, our own supervised AI platform, with classroom accounts that use the minimum data needed, with no advertising and no sale of data.
We never publish identifiable photos, videos, or projects of a student without their family's explicit consent.
Who we share data with
Only the providers needed to run the service: Vercel (web hosting and analytics) and Google (form handling and email). Both participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for transfers outside the European Economic Area.
Health and care information is accessible only to the AI Kids Club team members who need it to prepare for camp and care for the child.
During programs, Spark relies on AI-model and infrastructure providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, and Cloudflare) solely to deliver the service. These providers do not use the data for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as we handle your request or your relationship with the program lasts, and afterward only as needed to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
Camp health information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed to prepare, run, and close out the activity, unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation or address a legal claim.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to info@aikidsclub.org. You may also withdraw consent for health-data processing at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing completed before your request. In Spain you may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
